Project Overview
Perched above Walled Lake, this renovation adds a new primary-suite wing and re-plans the great room for everyday lakefront living. Circulation and sightlines align kitchen, dining, and living to the water, while openings are scaled for balanced natural light without overpowering the original structure. Clean, contemporary detailing and a warm, durable palette unify old and new; outside, a simple deck-to-shore sequence makes the lake part of daily life.
