Perched above Walled Lake, this renovation introduces a new primary-suite wing and reconfigures the great room to support everyday lakefront living. Circulation and sightlines were refined to align the kitchen, dining, and living areas to the water, while openings were carefully scaled to deliver balanced daylight without overwhelming the original structure. Clean, contemporary detailing and a warm, durable material palette unify old and new; outside, a simple deck-to-shore sequence makes the lake feel like a natural extension of daily life.
